Business and AI automation on Long Island: Increased sales. Less accounting. Real-time tracking. Lower cost. More free time.

That's what our team provides: complete optimization and automation of your business.

“At my old company, office work ate at least a full day every week. In the two businesses I run today, it's an hour or less, usually under 30 minutes, so I can actually grow them.”

David Ramroop, founder. His own estimate, October 2026.

“My customers pay a deposit or put a card on file when they book, and pay the rest when they sign off, so I have almost no unpaid invoices.”

Every part of your business, with how we did it →

The proof is in the pudding

Necessity is the mother of invention

We didn't build this for clients first. David built it for himself, out of necessity, to run two businesses of his own. Here's how a customer goes from booking to paid in each one.

Business 1 of 2 · Started in 2026

Long Island Home Tech Help

About us

A business owner who built what he needed

Promora Solutions was founded by David Ramroop, a longtime Long Island business owner.

We're not a big software company. We automate the work that small businesses actually do, the same way we did it for our own, in plain words and with a written estimate first.

More about us →

What it costs

$175 an hour

One rate for all of it. No packages to decode.

  • Before any project, you get a written estimate with a not-to-exceed cap. You pay for the hours we actually work, never more than the cap.
  • An on-site consultation is billed by the hour. If we go ahead, that time comes off the job.
  • Tell us on the form if a phone or video call is enough to start. We'll look at what you sent and tell you before we talk whether there's any charge.
  • On-site travel: the first 30 minutes each way are on us, then $40 per half hour.

Something broken instead? A computer, the Wi-Fi, a printer, email that stopped working: that's our sister business. Promora is for designing, building and automating. Go to Long Island Home Tech Help →

Tell us what's going on.

A few lines about your business and what's eating your time is enough to start. Every request is read by a person, and if something isn't worth doing, we'll tell you.

Work smarter, not harder.
